Dear Roxanne, thank you so very very much for your powerful suggestion after the ASD Sunday 7:30 am meditation about imagining ‘that past haunting childhood experience’ and replacing my ‘younger girl’ with my ‘Current Adult Self’ and then, saying to that other person: “Before you speak those (hurtful) words you are about to speak, STOP. If you do, you will regret it and only hurt yourself more.” That zapped it instantly from my memory, mind and DNA. You are truly a blessing!
