Simple Affirmation to Solve Problems in These Difficult Times

In my book, Accessing More–Tapping Into the Wisdom Within, I lay out a helpful modality that I call the Infinite Intelligence Process. You can hear it explained on a teleconference here.  

The Infinite Intelligence Process is a method of dealing with stress and doing creative problem solving in powerful ways by harnessing internal resources and tapping into a greater field of consciousness that goes beyond time and space. Lynne McTaggert calls it ‘The Field’.  Quantum physicists talk about all of consciousness being connected. Dowsers call it the ‘Greater Consciousness System’ and deliberately  tap into this field of information and energy to know where to drill for water, oil, and other resources. Indeed, dowsers use it to resolve any problem and answer any important question.

The first part of the Infinite Intelligence Process involves recognizing and affirming that you are infinitely smarter, wiser, more resourceful than of which you are consciously aware. You then give clear instructions to your unconscious mind on what you want or need, and authorize it to take appropriate action to resolve/achieve your intention in a satisfying way using this simple phrase formula:

“There is a part of me that knows ___ , and that part is ____ now ____ in a ___ way.”

Sample Phrase:

“There is a part of my being that knows something that I can do to help myself to ____ in this situation ____ (of /with) _____. And that part brings that information to my attention and provides me the clarity and motivation to take appropriate action on it now.”

Fleshed Out Examples:

“There is a part of my being that knows something that I can do to help myself to boost my immune system so that I don’t get sick from this or any other virus. And that part brings the best information to my attention on what I can do right now in effective, doable, and affordable ways to protect myself without fear, and to take appropriate action on it now.”

“There is a part of my being that knows something that I can do right now that will help me to develop other sources of  income while reducing overhead. And that part brings me the ideas, information and contacts I need to move forward now in effective, doable, and affordable ways.”

“There is a part of my being that knows how I can use this economic shutdown productively that will allow me to come out stronger on the other side of it. And that part is guiding me in clear, doable ways to put everything in place now.”

Just fill in the blanks or adjust this infinitely adaptable phrase to your own needs. Then allow the affirmation to roll around in your mind, and go about your day. Repeat your affirmation anytime you think of your problem so you redirect your mind to find a solution. Be sure to do it especially before you go to sleep because your unconscious will work on it throughout the night. You might well have the answer or the next step to take upon awakening.  This process will increase your ‘hunches’, set up synchronicities, and assist you to make the breakthroughs that you need.

This is similar to a technique Thomas Edison used when he was stuck working on his numerous inventions. Edison had a cot in his laboratory and would nap in a very particular way whenever an experiment reached an impasse. Lying down with the intention of finding a solution to the problem, he held a key in his hand that was suspended over a pail of water. As he allowed himself to drift into a state of hypnosis that occurs naturally as you drift off to sleep, his hand would relax, drop the key and splash his hand. This would wake him up from his nap, and he would go back to work.

What you are doing with the Infinite Intelligence Process is turning over the solution to your subconscious mind which is tied into the greater consciousness field to come up with a creative solution for whatever is going on. By turning a problem over when you don’t consciously know what to do, you will free your mind of stress and pressure so it can relax sufficiently bring the information or ideas into your awareness, or the people, sources and help you might need.

Just as your unconscious mind can digest food effectively, heal from cuts and bruises, or keep your lungs and heart working without your conscious interference, your unconscious can also solve other matters as well. Just provide it clear guidance on what you want and how you want it (ie., quickly, easily, efficiently, in a satisfying way).

More Affirmation Examples:

“There is a part of my Being that knows everything related to that problem/issue of ____, and that part is reviewing it to assist me now to ___ (clarify what needs to be clarified/ resolve what needs to be resolved/ heal what needs to be healed) in a way in which I am really pleased.”

“There is a part of my Being that knows everything related to this pandemic and the  shutdown And that part is assisting me now to sort through the contradictory information to clarify what is really going on so that I can know the proper action to take to protect myself, my business, and my family.”

“There is a part of my Being that knows everything to do with my goal of ____, and that part is evaluating the best way to achieve it now, and assisting me to do so with ease, efficiency and joy.”

“There is a part of my Being that knows how I can resolve this problem of ___ in a way even better than I can imagine. And that part is assisting me now to do so.”

“There is a part of my Being that knows everything about me – my credentials, interests and abilities. And that part directs me to another job or business opportunity better than I had before, and better than I could have imagined.”

“There is a part of my Being that knows the best use of my time, energy and resources.  And that part is guiding me me to make the wisest choices today so that I accomplish the most important things with grace and ease.”

“There is a part of my Being that knows the root cause and all relevant factors involved in this problem of ___. And that is assisting me now to resolve those issues quickly and efficiently in the best possible way.”

“There is a part of my Being that knows how I can resolve this situation gracefully with ___ in a win-win way. And that part is assisting me now to do so.”

“There is a part of my Being that knows the best ___ (person/company/tool) to help me with ___ to achieve my goal/s of ___ efficiently and affordably,  And that part is bringing that information to me now.”

The phrase in a way in which I am really pleased” is added to exclude any possibility of the problem being solved in unhappy ways. For example, you can solve that problem of an unreasonable boss by getting fired, or you can get out from those house payments by going into foreclosure. 

It is not enough to know a solution. That solution must be put into place. So you have to include an action word for that to happen. This is because your unconscious mind is literal. If you ask a literal person if  they can close the door, they will reply ‘yes’ without closing the door. If you want your subconscious mind to do something, you must specifically say so.

Be specific enough without boxing yourself in. The best solution may be better than you can imagine.

How Do You Know Who & What to Believe?

In today’s world where just six corporations in the US control almost all of the media outlets, where pharmaceutical companies supply those media companies with the biggest advertising revenue (and you can’t bite the hand that feeds you), where it appears that the insanely rich such as Bill Gates can steer the narrative of any story, where whistleblowers like Julian Assange are persecuted, and real hard-nose journalists that we relied upon to tell us the truth seem to have gone extinct,

  • How can you determine what is true and what is fiction?
  • How can you have the necessary facts to make important decisions?
  • How can you know who you can trust?

It is much more than determining who you like and who appears to be honest and sincere. It is a matter of being able to determine if even the good people themselves have all the facts to be able to accurately inform and advise us. 

No where is this more important than on the subject of health.

Pharmaceutical companies spend about 30 billion dollars/year in advertising, of which 20 billion is for persuading doctors and other medical professionals of the benefits of their prescription drugs. They do this by sending sales representatives to doctors’ offices for face-to-face visits, providing free drug samples and other swag, offering payments for speeches, food and beverages, travel, and hosting disease “education.” (see here) A JAMA report says that doctors themselves are being misled just like consumers by deceptive marketing.

In light of the above, do I just take the doctor’s recommendation and allow my children to be vaccinated according to an intense schedule of 74 mandated vaccines they are required to take up to age 18, with more expected to come online? Especially is this concerning when I hear from the World Health Institute itself that doctors are “lucky to get a half day training in vaccines” and that there are NO double blind placebo studies on  any vaccine. (source Robert F. Kennedy Jr.). Or do I have to do the hard research myself to determine which are safe and appropriate and when?

Can I trust what the doctor tells me about his proposed treatment or surgery for my disease? Or do I again have to get the layman’s equivalent of a doctorate degree before I can trust that his recommended treatment is the best way to address my health issue, and that there are not simpler, safer, or cheaper alternatives? Do I have to read the fine print on every prescribed drug before I put anything in my mouth? And then do I have to read the literature on how every drug may or may not be counter indicated for another drug or condition?

Again this is a serious concern as medical errors are the third-leading cause of death after heart disease and cancer. (source) A Johns Hopkins study claims more than 250,000 people in the U.S. die every year from medical errors. Other reports claim the numbers to be as high as 440,000. My own mother and two boyfriends were among the statistics.

As a hypnotherapist,  I know it is possible to program the mind to heighten our gut level instincts. We can install subtle but clear body signals as to when our subconscious picks up clues that a person is lying or telling us the truth. The signal could be a twitch of a finger, an itch on the nose. 

Kinesiology can be used to determine if something is right or not for you. If you do radionics and work with a stick plate, you can get yes/no answers from a rough or smoothe feel along any surface including just rubbing your thumb and forefinger together.

But if you dowse, you can use a percentage chart or the chart below. As you will see, my chart will give you much more information than just yes or no as to the accuracy or truthfulness of information. But first follow procedures to clear your mind of any preconceived ideas and clear your energy field of any interference.

Man Meant It for Evil but God Meant It for Good.

“But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.” Joseph addressing his brothers in Genesis 50:20

Bad things in life can sometimes result in unexpected, good outcomes.

In this biblical story, Joseph was sold into slavery by his brothers. Although his brothers meant to harm him, Joseph ended up in Egypt where he became second in command under the Pharaoh because he was able to interpret the Pharaoh’s disturbing dreams and advise him on what to do. The dreams foretold of a coming famine that led Joseph to be put in charge of a mass grain storage that enabled the Egyptians and and it’s neighbors to survive a prolonged food collapse. Joseph’s brothers were among those that traveled to Egypt to buy food unknowingly from Joseph himself. Amazingly, Joseph was able to forgive his brothers’ treachery as he saw their action as God’s plan to save many people. 


You may have heard me speak about Nelson, who was fired on a Friday along with his entire department of 40 people. On Tuesday, those not fired were killed as a plane flew into their very floor of the World Trade Center on 9/11. Or about Carolyn, fired from her job in NYC Opera Chorus, who used it to ramp up her vocal training, and got hired in the Metropolitan Opera Chorus at twice the salary, security and prestige a few months later. Or Irene whose house and contents were severely damaged by fire, but who totally rebuilt her home, greatly improving it in a way that only the insurance money made possible.

What we see as a bad, awful, or even tragic event, can have within it the seed of an equal or greater benefit for us or others depending upon how we handle the situation and the choices we make in response to our problems.

Ty & Charlene Bollinger, who founded The Truth About Cancer that has helped so many people get well, did so because of losing a number of family members to the disease. Candace Lightner and Cindi Lamb, whose children were victims of drunk drivers, started MADD – Mothers Against Drunk Drivers. America itself was founded largely by people oppressed because of their religion, ethnicity, or political views. The New School for Social Research in New York City was founded by  refugees escaping Nazi Germany. 

Our response matters!

I am convinced that the proper attitude and an open and alert mind to deliberately look for the benefit or to find way to create one is essential to: 

Turn It Into a Blessing!

For many years I have adopted this attitude as my immediate response to adversity. While I may mouth the phrase, the emotional shift doesn’t always happen right away, but it helps. Like anyone, I get angry or depressed or wonder what I can do. But this attitude, this single-minded determination to use every experience to grow or get better in some way even though I may not have a clue as to how something good could possibly come out of the current situation or what I can do, leads me out of an emotional cesspit into appropriate action and positive change.

Finding the blessing is necessarily coupled with the questions:

What Can I Learn from This?

How can I, you, or how can we use our difficult or upsetting situation to be better in some way?

How can it make my, yours, or our ___ (business, relationship, life, health or community) better?

And right now with the crises from Covid 19, all of us can ask:

How can we use our experience with this global pandemic and shutdown to make

  • our countries stronger and better?
  • our business and economies more resilient?
  • our immune system and overall health better?
  • our supply chains more crises proof?
  • the information upon which we base serious decisions more accurate?
  • our food supply less dependent upon non-local sources?
  • our supply of critical items no longer totally dependent upon foreign nations?
  • our source of  personal income less dependent upon only one source?
  • our neighborhoods more supportive?
  • our governments – local, state and national – more responsive to the wishes of it’s ordinary citizens not just the big monied interests?

And how can we make sure others do not take unfair advantage of this or any crises to take away our our health, livelihoods, or our freedoms to enrich themselves and advance their private agendas at our expense?

Shifting Mass Consciousness

    Stephen A. Schwartz has stated that

As far as I can see, there is no greater power than the collective intention of a large group of people. It can change politics. It can change physical reality. It can affect healing….Consciousness is the fundamental we are dealing with…”


“You have the power through your intention to literally alter the circumstances of your physical surroundings…and the structure of reality.” 



Dr. Bruce Lipton, PhD like quantum physicists says that consciousness effects reality, and, furthermore, that our thoughts can even change the electrical and magnetic field of the planet itself.

Why is working on consciousness especially important NOW?

For the past few months the entire world has been gripped in fear because of the Corona Virus  and the damage done by governmental actions taken in response. Because this is a global event, the accumulated concentration of this fear from so many people has become an inescapable mass consciousness that is perhaps more deadly than the virus itself. And the media has hyped it up to the limits on a daily basis. Fear is known to lower the body’s immunity and to make illness of all kinds more likely. If we want to reduce the likelihood of getting ill, then reducing fear is primary.

Fear feeds into hopelessness and a feeling of victimization. When people are gripped by fear they cannot think clearly and may not take necessary and appropriate action, or they may be prone to make unwise and even rash decisions. Their ability to effectively respond to challenges is greatly diminished. Their energy is drained.

They can be manipulated by those promising salvation but hiding their own personal agenda. Fear is a major tool of control. If you don’t want to be controlled, then dealing with fear – both your own and your neighbor’s – is primary.

A people traumatized by fear can agree to things such as giving up their freedoms that otherwise they would never do. They may consent to remedies, treatments or drugs without taking the time to do the research. Consumed by fear and pushed to their limits, people can also act heinously towards their fellow man.

Time to shift consciousness in a positive direction.

Meditation, especially if done in groups, can powerfully help to shift the consciousness of fear gripping the world and to neutralize the intentions of those who appear to be  using the virus to promote their own selfish or evil agendas upon the globe.  Change the scary images with ones of a beautiful, bountiful place of clean air, clean water, nutritious and abundant food for all, joy, laughter, happy children. Fill it with the spirit of joy, compassion, harmony and cooperation amongst people to solve problems and promote well being of both mankind and all of nature.

Mass Meditation Event

Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Rashid Buttar and Nia Peebles are calling for a mass meditation to occur at both 11 AM & 11 PM wherever you are both days, on Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19.

They are advising that you start by taking a few moments to think of things for which you are grateful, and about those you love. This will bring you in the best place to set your intention.

Next, focus on health, harmony and happiness, and the world becoming a wonderful, beautiful garden – a place where you want to live. Think of a wonderful world coming about in the next few years but starting now. Continue to focus until you have a really good feeling inside. Then you are done. At any other time throughout the day when you think of the world situation, again call up your positive compelling image.




Psychic Self Defense

This past year I had to re-up everything I thought I knew about clearing detrimental energies. I had been working very long hours,  dealing with emotionally draining people, and a health issue so my energy field was already weakened. With the hype and hysteria about the Corona virus and the resulting mass global consciousness of fear, problems worsened.

I also was not prepared for the sophisticated energies that targeted me – things that were beyond my training from multiple people on spirit releasement (Edith Fiore, Bill Baldwin, Robert Dexler, Father Marty Patton, Irene Hickman, Don Taylor, and more). 

Nonetheless, within every problem is a potential blessing. One of them was gathering more information on how to further strengthen the energy field, which boosts vitality and the immune system as well as balancing the mind and emotions. 

Among what I found valuable is this simple meditation that you can do with or without dowsing. I have written down all the instructions below from this audio file. Click here for the meditation by Dr. Palmer. 

PSYCHIC SELF DEFENSE by Dr. Terrence Palmer Waterstones

  1. Place your feet flat on the floor and close your eyes.
  2. Visualize a gold light that goes down to the center of the earth and comes up into your feet.
  3. Open your heart chakra, and visualize a golden light from your heart chakra going down to the solar plexis and sacral chakras, and streaming outwards from those chakras front and back.
  4. From your heart chakra see the light running down the arms and out the fingers.
  5. Move this light up through the throat, 3rd eye, and outwards from the chakras front and back.
  6. Connect the light from the heart to the light coming down into the crown from the universal consciousness or the life giving sun. Feel the warmth. Connect with the universal consciousness of creation which exists everywhere.
  7. Be with the experience of oneness with Creation and the warmth and peacefulness of tranquility.
  8. Repeat if necessary until you feel the oneness with Creation.
  9. Check if clean from other entities. Ask 3 times “Am I sovereign?” and be sure to receive a positive response each time. 
  10. If you do not get 3 yeses, imagine taking a golden sword and cutting all around over your body and head and under feet to cut any negative cords from any time and any source.
  11. Visualize your etheric body burning brightly with golden white fire with  a declared intention that the fire will burn away any negativity that may be hidden in your etheric field.
  12. Repeat 3 times, “Am I sovereign?” Continue until you get 3 yesses. If you do not get that, then seek outside help. When clear of all negative energies, go onto next step.
  13. Visualize a bubble of golden white light emerging from your heart chakra and spreading outwards through every cell of your body to the skin and beyond. 
  14. Visualize yourself inside of this bubble of golden white light. This is your protected space where nothing can enter or cause you harm, a shell or armor. You do not step outside of this sacred and safe field of positive energy.
  15. You are now grounded to the earth and connected to your own higher self and the Source of universal creative energy. The bubble or shell of your strength and aura is your protection from negative energy. This aura needs constant reinforcement and maintenance to make sure that it is strong and provides adequate protection at all times. In precisely the same way as your body has an immune system, so too does your etheric body. If your etheric auric armor  becomes weakened or has holes in it then negative energy may infect it and cause all sorts of emotional, mental and physical sickness. Use this method daily.

Simple Tool for Incredible Positive Change!

Dr. Joe Dispenza in this very short clip, “The Feeling Creates The Healing”, from a Heal Documentary explains why changing your thoughts and emotions is  critical to experiencing beneficial change in real life. 

Whether you want to improve your luck, health, finances, success, relationships, appearance, emotional stability, or experience rapid positive change in any way, one of the most powerful ways to do this is through making a Positive Self-Talk Recording.

This technique is one that I taught to all my Self Hypnosis and Professional Hypnotherapy Training students. Write a positive self-talk script – all in present tense, using positive, specific and believable words – and record it with a buddy to be played every day. Directions follow at the end.

I am going to revisit this practice myself as in the wise oft-repeated mantra “Physician, heal thyself” because thoughts and emotions require continuous monitoring. Otherwise you can be led down a merry road of ego distortions and massive disruptions of your peace of mind. I like Joe Dispenza’s practice of sitting down to meditate each morning, and not getting up until he feels that he is the best person he can be that day. It is a practice worth emulating.

Becoming Master of Yourself main-lucy

As a child I was counselor to my playmates – aka Lucy from the Peanuts cartoon. My mother overheard me say to my friends when I was just 4 years old “you’re master of yourself.” Many of us as children have shown wisdom beyond our years. But the real task is not in just knowing a truth, but in retaining and living it on a daily basis throughout our lives. Becoming, personifying, living from our higher wisdom, our higher self is the goal. That is why I so respect Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work.

Instructions for Your Recording: 

Accentuating the Positive and Eliminating the Negative

1. The first part of writing the script for your recording is to identify any detrimental emotions and the beliefs behind them. Start with the obvious and stay with the most important. You can address more later on.

Your Unlimited Potential, a self-hypnosis manual I list below, can be a great help to trigger your awareness of both positives and negatives, and how to write them. My dowsing book, Therapeutic Dowsing and Telepathic Healing, can also be used to ferret out hidden beliefs that are causing an issue later on when you are ready to dig deeper. 

2. Write a releasing statement with the new belief you want to install instead. Look for evidence for why the new positive belief is actually true. Make a case for it. Blow the negative out of the water with at least 3-5 good reasons why you should accept the positive belief instead of the negative. You will know when you have written sufficient positive evidence when something shifts within yourself.

For example, if you feel unloved, you might say:

“I release any belief, perception or judgement that no one loves me. I release any need to believe that. I know that is untrue. I know I am loved by ____. Many people have shown that they like and care for me. John has shown that he cares about me by ____. Mary thinks I am funny and loves being around me . Even my dog loves me. He races to the door when I come home and covers me with kisses. My friends Susie, John and Tom all want to get together with me, and they wouldn’t do that if they didn’t really like my company.” 

If you have already eliminated the negatives and don’t need to include it in your script, write one or more statements to remind yourself of the positive. This short phase you can repeat throughout the day anytime you need it. For example, “I am loved.”  

3. Write everything good about yourself – your character, personality, smile, talent, skills, accomplishments. Include how you have made a difference in the lives of others and all the things for which you are proud. Write down all the nice things people have said about you. Ask your friends what they see in you. Ask them how they would describe you. 

And as an aside, I recommend writing down and keeping some of these compliments highly visible – perhaps at your work station – where you see them often.

4. If you are aware of shortcomings, write

  • I am learning how to ____ (plan more carefully, allow more time than I think that I need to get to my appointments).”
  • “I’m becoming more ___ (patient, tolerant of others).
  • “I’m getting better at ___ (thinking before I speak, sleeping on it before I reply, taking 3 deep breaths whenever I feel my emotions starting to arise).”

5. When you are done with your script, record it, speaking slowly into a recording. Pause between sentences to let the words sink in. Speak with authority and confidence in your voice.

I strongly suggest that you get a buddy to record with you, repeating each of your phrases you wrote with the pronoun “I” either with your name or the pronoun ‘you’. Your buddy should read your script with enthusiasm and emotion and the belief that everything you have written is true. They may also want to add their own positive comments. Hearing good things about yourself from someone else is immensely powerful. And my students all said that this was one of the best things we did in class.

6. Finally, play your recording especially when doing things boring or routine as that is when you are already in a light altered state. Play it in the car. Play it as you are starting your day. Play it again as you are getting ready for bed. And especially play it when you are going to sleep on a loop tape because you will drift into a natural hypnotic state at that time.

The length of the recording is irrelevant. Change it, add to it, make new ones as appropriate. Write down a key reminder and paste it on your computer or dash of your car. Do it for 30 days and you will amaze yourself with the difference it makes!

Message Worth Repeating

Anita Moorjani’s message is worth continually reviewing. Having gone into a coma in 2006 as a result of cancer, she had a near death experience that completely changed her life and explained why she had gotten ill. Once back, the tumors melted away quickly. She went on to write about her NDE experience in Dying to Be Me, which has inspired and encouraged us to appreciate our life while we still have it.   1. Focus on love. Anita says that she got cancer because she didn’t love herself. The more you love yourself the less you need to control or bully others, and you will not allow others to control or bully you.
  2. Live life fearlessly. Fear doesn’t keep you safe. Love keeps you safe.
  3. Humor, laughter and joy are more important than any spiritual practice. People who laugh have less illness, and reduce the need for hospitals and prisons.
  4. Life is a gift, and all your challenges are gifts as well.
  5. The most important thing is to always be yourself. Shine your light as brightly as you can. Embrace your uniqueness. Get to know who you are and love yourself unconditionally.

Just be yourself and live life fearlessly.

Dowsers Can Make a Difference!

As Past President of the American Society of Dowsers, I send this message to dowsers everywhere, members and non-members alike, to inspire and empower you to use what you know to make a difference in the world!

FDR’s Words Are Most Appropriate Today:

In 1933 during the Great Depression Franklin D. Roosevelt said this in his first inaugural address. I believe it is pertinent to what we face today with the corona virus:

“let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself—nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror which paralyzes needed efforts to convert retreat into advance.” 

And then he adds:

“…we have still much to be thankful for.…”

“…our true destiny is not to be ministered unto but to minister to ourselves and to our fellow men.”

FDR’s words sum up how we might respond constructively to this pandemic:

  1. Stay out of fear.
  2. Refocus on gratitude.
  3. Instead of looking for someone to fix things for us, do what we can to take care of ourselves and to help others. 

Dowsers can be part of the solution both with this and other world problems.

As dowsers, we are powerfully blessed with the ability to tap into the greater field of consciousness directly to obtain needed information to help ourselves and others. 

Dowsers practice grounding. Deliberately tuning into the life giving energy from the earth helps us to be fully here and present, and renews our vital life force at the same time. 

We practice centering and quieting the chatter in our heads so we can hear our higher guidance. Dowsers deliberately practice letting go of preconceived ideas, ego, hopes and fears, and of connecting firmly to that great field of consciousness to increase accuracy to the questions we ask. 

Through intention, dowsing can lessen the detrimental effect of mass consciousness, especially important today as the mass contagion of fear is so assiduously promoted by the media. By seeking answers directly from Source, dowsing can mitigate mass marketing, propaganda, mind control and other unwanted influence from others that would push us in the direction of their agenda and away from the truth and from what is in our highest good.

Dowsing develops our gut level instincts, our awareness of what is right and true, and increases our discernment.

As dowsers, we know how to draw up a list of possibilities to any question we might ask, and dowse out a realistic plan to solve any problem we might wish to solve: the best course of action, the priorities, and the timing in which to put that plan of action into place.

We dowsers fully understand the power of clear, focused intent, and how to project that intention to affect positive change and to heal. As we can band together in groups, we can multiply that power of intention to correct the very problems we face in the world today.

In my opening talk at last year’s American Society of Dowsers Convention, I quoted from Stephen A. Schwartz, a consciousness researcher, and former Keynote Presenter. He said:

“we are in this matrix of consciousness where all life and all consciousness is interconnected, we cannot really design the solutions” to world problems unless we recognize that “working with consciousness is one of the ways we can achieve not only personal well being but social well-being” as well. 

He further stated that “As far as I can see, there is no greater power than the collective intention of a large group of people. It can change politics. It can change physical reality. It can affect healing….Consciousness is the fundamental we are dealing with…” 

“You have the power through your intention to literally alter the circumstances of your physical surroundings…and the structure of reality.” 

I believe that especially at this time dowsers are being called to use what they know to help both themselves and others.

Dowsing Protocols

One of the most important things to dowse upon right now is to “neutralize the detrimental effect of mass consciousness of fear.” Fear drains the life force. It depresses the immune system. It attracts or makes you vulnerable to the very thing of which you are afraid. It interferes with clear thinking, wise decisions and accurate dowsing. So clear fear first.

Physicist Tom Campbell, author of My Big Toe – The Theory of Everything, has said that the thoughts, emotions, and consciousness of each individual are felt by the whole. Consciousness is made up of thoughts, beliefs, and judgments which generate emotions, mood and behavior. And the consciousness of even one person affects others, who in turn affect many more. As you through your dowsing ground, center and connect to Source and reduce your own fear, you help others also to do the same.

Perhaps these protocols might inspire you to write your own. You may want to 

  • scramble the frequency of ___,
  • neutralize the detrimental effect of ___,
  • increase the life force/ability to ___,
  • remove the spirit/life force of ___,
  • install the spirit of ___,
  • delete any __, and replace it with ___, etc.
  • access, download and activate a blueprint/program for ____ (a vibrantly, healthy body, a speedy recovery)

Possible Dowsing Charts or Checklists to Create

Doctors have said that most of those who died from the corona virus were already severely ill and immune compromised. So why not write a dowsing chart on “Ways to Boost the Immune System”? Make a list of what health experts are already advocating, include the word ‘other’ on your list, and then dowse out what you might want to add, increase, decrease, or eliminate from your diet, supplements, lifestyle, etc. Use the same dowsing chart or checklist to help your family members. 

Fear paralyzes the breathing mechanism. Feelings of uncertainty and confusion sets up paralysis of action. Get your energy moving by focusing on a solution to anything whether improving your health or some other area of your life. For example, you might want to create dowsing charts/checklists on:

Dowsing Focus Groups

Groups generate positive energy, enthusiasm, ideas, comradery and support. They encourage their members to take action and stay on track to complete projects. Why not set up a dowsing group to focus on combating any of the many problems we face in the world? Many of these problems such as pollution in the air and water, depleted soil, pesticides contribute to disease both directly and indirectly. Dowsers can commit themselves to working to mitigate any of these problems. Just as radionic practitioners can broadcast minerals to the soil, pesticides to crops, and medicines to animals, so can dowsers through clear, focused intention. 

Consider assembling a dowsing intention group whether as a one-time event or an on-going project. Perhaps model yourselves along the lines of Lynn McTaggert’s ‘Power of Eight’ groups. They work best when they meet every week whether online or in person even for as little as ten minutes. Don’t neglect this powerful tool for healing and creating positive change!

Use intention also to create and energetically transmit healing and project a joyful image of people – yourself, your friends, family and community, and people around the world smiling, happy, healthy, living meaningful lives, cooperating and helping one another. In other words, create an image of a world you want to live in, one that supports life on this planet with clean air, clean water, nourishing food, healthy people, plants and animals and dowse for that. One of my favorite intentions is turn it into a blessing.”

The list is endless of what constructive action you can take with dowsing. 

Convert your worry and uncertainty into dowsing action!

DOWSING on the Corona Virus

First take a moment to breathe deeply, ground, center, and connect to what you consider your true, spiritual guidance, or Source. Take your pendulum and after each sentence wait for the movement to stop before going on to the next. In between each protocol, wait for your pendulum to stop before proceeding to the next.


from any and all sources – including the internet, news media, social media, conversations, and the psychic airways. Neutralize the negative effect of mass consciousness upon me from any and all sources regarding anything.

In particular, neutralize the detrimental effect of mass hysteria about the Corona Virus coming at me from any and all sources.

  • Delete all excessive, unwarranted fear and panic from my consciousness.
  • Delete all victim mentality.
  • Delete any beliefs, perceptions, or judgments that there is nothing I can do to help or protect myself.
  • Delete all feelings of doom.
  • Delete any beliefs or expectations of getting this virus. Delete any and all illness programs.

Take action with the pendulum and let me know when that is done.

  • Banish the spirit of the Corona virus from all levels of every affected person’s existences.
  • De-activate the life force of the disease.
  • Scramble the frequency of the disease and adjust it to each person’s ideal body frequency.

  • Transmute and heal the fear, sadness, pain, trauma and grief of all impacted by this disease either by experiencing it themselves or witnessing or hearing about the suffering of others.

  • Ground my energy and connect me to the life sustaining energy of the earth.
  • Strengthen my ability to breathe in that life sustaining energy now with every succeeding breath and beat of my heart.
  • Connect me firmly to the Source of all energy healing. Infuse me with abundant energy.
  • Strengthen that connection by breathing in gratitude, breathing in the awareness that I am loved, and the love I have for others.
  • Let that influx of love and gratitude so fill me that it becomes a shield against anything that would deflate my energy or immune system in any way.
  • Raise my life force and vitality to 100%.

  • Connect me firmly to my Higher Guidance so that I know what to do and how to proceed to boost my immune system, to improve my health habits in doable, sensible ways through good nutrition, detoxification, exercise and stress management, fun, laughter, and loving relationships, and more.
  • Download whatever information is helpful for me to do whatever is appropriate and helpful.
  • As knowledge is power, instill instead a calm awareness of what good information I need and the motivation to put such information in place so I not only stay healthy but thrive.
Take action with the pendulum and let me know when that is done.
  • Install energy cells within my energy field, my home, my vehicle and work place that emit a steady stream of positive frequencies.
  • Neutralize the negative effects upon my energy, health and immune system of any EMF’s, dirty electricity, cell phones and electronic devices, cell phone towers, 3, 4 or 5G antennas.
Take action with the pendulum and let me know when that is done.
  • Neutralize the mentality that created, developed, housed, deployed or was considering deploying this or any other bioweapon.
  • Neutralize the consciousness that has sought and continues to seek to develop and possibly utilize bioweapons at any time or any place.
  • Neutralize any possible spirit of greed, of desire to control, manipulate, or push the populace into any agenda that is against their highest good through fear, through bioweapons, through manipulation or hiding of the truth in any way.
  • Transfer all parts of all persons involved in said creation, study, development and deployment (accidental or intentional) of such bioweapons that were under the influence of the Dark Side to be now under the influence of the Great Spirit that loves humanity.

  • In all ways, turn this Corona virus into a blessing for humanity in ways well beyond our comprehension.
